Work on hold has either not been paid for yet or is a freebie that has not been sketched. Freebies fall below paid commissions on the priority scale.
A commission will be considered ghosted if you have not paid and do not reply within 15 days on the platform the commission was placed, or a platform you have notified me of. This does not apply if you have notified me ahead of time of a prolonged absence. Your commission will fall into the 'not paid' queue and will fall to the bottom of the priority list.
